Beginning in 2002 FCB’s focus shifted from pre-employment screening to post-employment verification  that workers possess the necessary credentials for access to security sensitive worksites.  This need most commonly manifests when a workforce must closely interface with a vulnerable population such as construction workers and school children.  Today over 90 percent of FCB’s business involves commercial construction workers requiring drug testing, background screening, and photo badging as a prerequisite for admission to a construction site.  Current operations include construction projects from coast-to-coast and boarder-to-boarder.

In addition to verifying eligibility for access and issuing badges to evidence compliance, FCB stands alone in applying RFID technology to enable construction management personnel (owners, contractors and insurers) to track worker whereabouts while on the worksite or when entering or leaving.  FCB’s most recent enhancement is the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary, FCB id to expand RFID tracking beyond people to include hard assets such as material, tools, and equipment.
