FC Background
FC Background has been providing full service workforce screening services since 1989 and has grown to be a nationally recognized provider of workforce screening, testing, badging and tracking.
Beginning in 2002, FC Background expanded its focus to include the verification that employed workers possess the necessary credentials for access to security sensitive worksites. This need most commonly manifests when a workforce must closely interface with a vulnerable population such as construction workers and school children. Today over 90 persent of FCB’s business involves commercial contruction workers requiring drug testing, background screening and photo badging as a prerequisite for admission to a construcion site. Current operations include construction projects from coast-to-coast and boarder-to-boarder.

FCB id
In addition to verifying eligibility for access and issuing badges to evidence compliance, FCB stands alone in applying RFID technology to enable construction management personnel (owners, contractors and insurers) to track worker whereabouts while on the worksite or when entering or leaving. FCB’s most recent enhancement is the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary, FCB id to expand RFID tracking beyond people to include hard assets such as material, tools, and equipment.
