FCB is an industry leader in workforce background screening.   Background screening requirements vary from employer to employer and project to project.  FCB will design a customized screening program to meet these changing requirements and insure that screening results meet the requirements of project owner, contractor and insurance provider.

Searches that could be included in our customized screening program would include:

• Federal, State and County Criminal Court Records – Felonies and Misdemeanors

• Sex Offender Registries – National and State

• Terrorist Watch List

• Motor Vehicle Reports – any state

• Credit Reporting

• Consumer Credit Bureau Data Base Search

• Verifications

FCB additionally provides judging servicies.  This service reviews each applicant’s background in light of specific guidelines provided by our client.  Through this judging process, FCB will determine whether the applicant meets minimum criteria for consideration.

In most situations, our final screening reports are completed within twenty four hours of search initiation.  In some instances, a specific review of county court records necessitates a court house visit by our review officers in order to fully verify certain records  In these cases, the report completion would be extended beyond this twenty-four hour time frame.

Resulting reports are maintained at our facility and are accessed by way of our client web interface.  Our clients are notified by email that a report is complete and provided a link by which the report can be viewed.  For security purposes, no reports or search results are emailed.
