As supported by the list of projects scrolling on the right of this screen, FCB specializes in the delivery of owner/insurer/contractor required workforce screening.

In large extended construction projects, FCB delivers background screening, drug testing, workforce badging and site access control services from a facility located on the construction work site.  This facility is equipped and manned to provide contractors very fast turnaround on the project screening requirements and the immediate issuance of job site access badges upon successful completion of the screening process.

On site delivery of screening and badging services promotes a close communication between contractor safety coordinators and the workforce.  This improved coordination moves the workforce through the screening process faster and gets workers on the job with fewer delays saving the project time and money.

 Although not unique to on-site screening services, FBC provides real-time web based access to workforce tracking information.  Through the use of FCB’s Job Site Administrator, project leaders and safety coordinators can identify individual workers that have been screened, when their screening expires, documented emergency contact, certification compliance as well as safety training and safety violations.
