Workforce Badging
As part of the screening process, FCB can manage your workforce badging program. For each project and/or project area, custom workforce badges are designed, produced and issued to each project worker passing his background screen and drug test.
This issuance of workforce badges enables safety coordinators and operations personnel to monitor the workforce and insure that all workers are in compliance with owner/insurer/contractor screening requirements.
FCB can also issue RFID enabled badges. These can be used to control access to the worksite and/or more tightly controlled areas within the work site. FCB, using RFID technology can track the ingress and egress of each worker and report total labor hours worked at the worker, sub-contractor and project level. This data can be used in the evaluation of delay claims, workers comp claims as well as over all project progress.
