Workforce badging is a critical component of any jobsite access control porgram.  FCB, using the jobsite access control guidelines provided by the project general contractor, will issue RFID enabled workforce badges.  These badges are a visual passport for access to the jobsite and are issued only after the worker has passed the access control guidelines.  The Workforce badge is customized for each project and can include the following unique componets:

• Picture of the person to whom the badge belongs

Name of the individual and the company for whom he works

Standard 1D 2D and QR coding used for system access

Embedded RFID passive tag for access control recognition

FCB holigram to prevent the production of invalid badges

This issuance of workforce badges enables safety coordinators and operations personnel to monitor the workforce and insure that all workers are in compliance with owner/insurer/contractor contract requirements.
