Technological Benefits:

-  FCB has access to a clinic network of approximately 3,000 clinics installed with an instrumented point-of-collection screening system which provides a rapid screen result with a “demonstrable negative”.  Test results are typically available within three-to-five minutes. 

-  System Integration: FCB can schedule donors directly into a clinic’s system, saving time and reducing errors; results from instant point-of-collection screening, lab-based testing, and MRO review are automatically uploaded into FCB’s system eliminating the need to fax or email results.  This not only results in a significant reduction in the processing time of drug testing results, it also increases the security of sensitive information.

 -  Electronic Chain of Custody forms save both time and money.  Eliminate the costs of shipping (many times overnight) traditional multi-page Chain of Custody forms – email is free.  Electronic forms can be accessed by a donor at his discretion, increasing the efficiency of the process and saving time.

 -   Mobile Collections: FCB has developed a system whereby mobile collectors can visit an office or jobsite location (construction project, for example) and not only perform instant drug screening, but also produce a photo identification badge – available immediately – and transmit test results to FCB from the field.  Upon receipt, these results can be immediately uploaded into FCB’s system and reports generated to the client, in some cases even before the collector has left the site.
